Return and Refund Policy for Gender Grip

Returns and Refunds Overview:

Gender Grip is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return items or request a refund. This policy outlines the procedures and expectations for returns and refunds to provide clarity and transparency.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Defective or Damaged Items: You may be eligible for a return or refund if you receive items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items to report the issue.

Incorrect Items: If you receive items that do not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items to report the discrepancy.

Non-Eligible Scenarios:

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are returned due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Procedures:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer support team at gendergrip@gmail.com or (904) 677-3836. Provide detailed information about the issue, including your order number and item descriptions.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed if your return or refund is eligible.

  3. Return Items: Follow the provided instructions to return the eligible items to us in their original condition and packaging within 2 days of authorization. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a GG error.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeframe:

Please allow 14 business days for us to process your refund after we have received and reviewed the returned items. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution.

To ensure a smooth process, we have updated our return policy. Please read the following carefully:

Gender Grip Tape:
- If a paid order is returned to us, we will reach out to notify you of the return.
- You will have 3 days to respond and coordinate new shipping arrangements.
- Please note that due to the nature of the items, paid items can ONLY be returned if they are in their original packaging.
- We will invoice you for the shipping cost associated with the resend.
- If we do not receive a response within 3 days, the item will be restocked on the shelf as a donation.
